Malcolm Pruys is the Country Retail Director for IKEA Malaysia with 35 years of retail experience. He manages every aspect of the business, including driving and expanding its omnichannel operations nationwide.

His journey with IKEA, which started 25 years ago, has taken him across the globe from Australia to China, Taiwan, and Singapore. He was also instrumental in opening and growing the IKEA business in Mexico, leveraging his leadership skills and experience across markets.
