Ms Tan Zhai Yun

Tan Zhai Yun (Nat) is the editor of the ESG section for The Edge Malaysia. She is also the contributing editor for the paper's Digital Edge and Wealth sections. She has written about carbon markets, businesses' impact on biodiversity, climate risks faced by Malaysian businesses, Malaysia's climate targets and strategies, as well as sustainability reporting trends and Malaysian businesses' journey towards a low-carbon economy. Outside of work, she is passionate in volunteering to empower the youth on environmental issues and loves a good hike.
